This class is suitable for any woman who would like to strengthen their pelvic floor muscles. These mat classes are aimed at teaching you how to strengthen your core and pelvic floor and also teaching techniques of lifting, posture and relaxation. This class is ideal if you are finding that you leak if you cough or sneeze or run and jump! Back pain and pelvic pain can also be reduced with strengthening your core and improving your posture. This programme is also a good stepping stone into other exercise. Get your core strong before getting back into cycling or running and you will be less likely to have other injuries. Dress in loose, comfortable clothing.
All classes are 45 minute sessions with a maximum of 10 people per class. All instructors are qualified physiotherapists.
