Physiotherapy classes for woman, mums and mums-to-be

All classes are 45 minutes long, and are run by registered physiotherapists.

Pregnancy swiss ball classes:

  • Get fit for labour
  • Reduce your chance of pregnancy back ache
  • Improve your ability to recover from labour
  • Increase your mental well being

Postnatal classes:

  • Restore your body after childbirth
  • Improve your tummy tone
  • Strengthen postural muscles
  • Learn to lift well
  • Four different levels depending on your stage and strength
