Postnatal classes

We offer four kinds of postnatal classes to restore your body after childbirth, improve your tummy tone, strengthen postural muscles and learn to lift well.

The postnatal classes run for 45 minutes, starting with a light warm up, followed by varied exercises to increase your fitness, strengthen your pelvic floor muscles and improve your lifting techniques, posture and core strength.

The exercises get progressively harder from the floor class, to the basic swiss ball class and are hardest at the advanced swiss ball class.

Bring your baby along with you to the  mums and babies floor class.

If you are attending a swiss ball class, don’t forget that you will need to bring your own swiss ball.
